The "ALL" button at the bottom of each year's list allows you to send a message to every participant in that single project year (all that have e-mail addresses recorded here, anyway) and our current staff.
The following links send e-mail to participants from all years. The third-from-last includes staff who were not fellows of a project year. NOTE: Each button links up to 75 addresses, which may exceed your ISP's limit for outgoing messages. If so, you may send your message to email@example.com for forwarding to the full list.

First, (a one-time fix) your set-up must allow commas as address separators. If yours does not, follow this sequence: In Outlook, click on "Tools," then "Options." On the "Preferences" tab, find "E-mail" and click on the "E-mail Options..." button. Under "Message Handling," click on the "Advanced E-mail Options..." button. In the "When sending a message" section, click on (add a check mark to) "Allow comma as address separator." Click the "OK" button.
Second, (each time you use one of the group lists on this page) after selecting the group
list, insert a blank space AFTER THE FIRST COMMA in the list. (This somehow signals
Outlook to pay attention to the commas.)
