Textbook Returns Policy for Online Store Purchases
If you are not satisfied we'll do our best to make it right. Here is what you need
to do:
- Obtain a Return Authorization by calling 800-444-5155 and speaking with the textbook
manager, Forrest Halford. (He will inform you of the details of the refund.) Do not
send packages without a Return Authorization.

Apparel / Insignia Returns Policy for Online Store Purchases
Clothing may be returned with receipt within thirty (30) business days for a full
refund. Item(s) must be in original condition with price tags attached. If you are
not satisfied we'll do our best to make it right. Here are the options available:
Exchanges: Contact us at 800-444-5155 or 270-745-3216 to ensure availability of replacement
item(s). If there is an error on our part, we will replace your order with the corrected
item(s) and send you a call tag for return shipping of incorrect item(s). If you request
an exchange, you will be responsible for return shipping.
Returns (Refunds): Please note on your packing slip receipt the reason for your return.
If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will refund the return shipping
and credit you upon receipt of the item(s).

Refund Policy (Concerning All Refunds)
- A valid receipt is required for all refunds. No receipt, no refund.
- All refunds will be administered the same as the original form of payment.
- IE: VISA charges will be credited back to the original VISA card.
- Payments made by check will be refunded as cash after five (5) business days.

Textbook Refund Policy
- No refunds during finals week. No refunds during the last two weeks of Spring and
Fall semesters.
- FULL REFUND: Course materials (Textbooks, workbooks and CD sets) must be returned
with receipt by the 7th business day for a full refund. After 7 business days, refunds
on books for dropped classes must be returned with receipt within 2 days of dropping
class, with a drop list from TopNet.
- PARTIAL REFUND: Within 7 business days of purchase, textbooks MAY be refunded as follows:
If a new book has any marks, names, highlighting, or any other damage, it MAY be refunded
with receipt at the used book price, depending on condition.
- During the above-mentioned refund period, shrinkwrapped books and CD sets must be
returned in their original, unopened condition with receipt, for a full refund. If
it has been opened, it will be refunded at used book price.
- RECEIPT REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS.
- Textbook BuyBack is during regular store hours during finals week.
- No refunds during finals week.
General Merchandise Refund Policy
- Trade Books and Study Aids - There are no refunds on trade books, magazines, periodicals,
study aids, bar charts, dictionaries or any other study aids or references guides.
- Clothing - Clothing may be returned with receipt within thirty (30) business days
for a full refund. Item must be in original condition with price tags attached. All
clearance sales final: No exchanges or refunds.
- Supplies - Supplies may be returned with receipt within seven (7) business days for
a full refund. Items must be in original, unopened package.
- Software & Electronics - Unopened computer software, electronics: including calculators,
ethernet cards and printer cartridges may be returned with receipt within seven (7)
days for a full refund. There will be NO refunds on opened software, electronics,
calculators, ethernet cards or printer cartridges. Defective merchandise must be returned
to the manufacturer.
