Learn about yourself, your relationship with others AND get course credit! Theories of human development and psychology provide a foundation for deeper understanding of your own social interactions, as well as how to enhance your interpersonal relationships.


ABOUT THE COURSE:

This course studies the theory, concepts, and skills necessary to increase self-awareness and improve relationships in social and academic settings, as well as processes of managing the problems of everyday life including conflict and social demands. The course is centered around personal self-growth exercises. 

Summer Term: July 15 - August 8
Time: 10:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. (TWR)
