Has 27 years direct services and administration with the Cabinet for Famlies and Children. Also served as Social Services Consultant at 4 rural hospitals. Training Director for Eastern Kentucky University for three years prior to current position. Worked in partnership with 13 undergraduate/graduate social work schools
with the Credit for Learning Project and the Public Child Welfare Certification Program (PCWCP).
