Surplusing computers, monitors, projectors, and other small items/equipment

If you have smaller items that don't require a truck, please arrange a drop off time for you to bring the items to surplus by emailing surplus.sales@wku.edu For larger items such as furniture, please fil out a Surplus Pick Up Request Form (below)/

 

Surplus Pickup Request Form (For larger items that can't be dropped off)

Requests for items needing to be picked up going into Surplus can be completed here. A separate surplus request will need to be completed for each item being picked up. This is to insure the integrity of inventory control and record keeping for surplus items If you have a large lot of the same items (i.e. 15 or more computers of the same make/model) click here to open the multiple items request form or email sara.ferguson@wku.edu for instructions on how to do this. Items that need to be picked up and transferred to another department/office on campus will continue to use this form (Transfer requests will continue to be handled through Shipping and Receiving).
