Public Affairs staff is involved in planning and executing communication strategies using a variety of media, such as news releases, websites, social networking, photographs and video as well as a multitude of print pieces that help the University reach its audiences.

The division is also responsible for planning events and University ceremonies, and staff members provide logistical and technical support for events across campus for both internal and external clients.
