Are You Ready to Defend?

What if you knew someone who tried to get you to do something you do not want to do? Would you know what to do? Would you know how to defend yourself?

The goal of this training is to provide a person options to combat an attack with realistic self-defense techniques taught by Western Kentucky University Police Department personnel. Self-defense reminds us of our true strength and power, while preparing us for potentially dangerous situations. This course also provides educational information on personal safety that one can put into practice regardless of whether you are navigating campus or back at home. Classes can range in size. We ask that there be at least 4 active participants in order to hold the training.
