Downing University Center (DUC) Renovation
This project is a student initiative that will include upgrades to all building systems (plumbing, electrical, and mechanical) as well as complete interior renovation of the core of the original building built in 1970. The WKU student experience will be greatly enhanced by the complete redesign of all spaces including meeting rooms, common areas, food services and the WKU Store.
