Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship

Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship

The major in Entrepreneurship requires 70 hours in professional and elective courses and leads to a Bachelor of Science degree. Entrepreneurship majors must complete admission requirements and core courses for the Gordon Ford College of Business. The additional courses needed to complete the degree include:

  • MGT 305 Ethics and Critical Thinking
  • ENT 312 Entrepreneurship
  • FIN 441 Entrepreneurial Finance
  • MKT 427 Entrepreneurial Marketing
  • ENT 380 New Venture Business Planning

Choose two of the courses below:

  • ENT 308 Innovation Management
  • ENT 463 Small Business Management
  • ENT 490 Practicum/Internship in Entrepreneurship
  • ENT 425 International Entrepreneurship
  • ENT 410 Senior Seminar

Two additional courses must also be selected and approved by the Management Department Chair that customizes the entrepreneurial interest area of the student. These two courses may come from any discipline on campus that strengthens that student’s specific interest in entrepreneurship.
