Bio
Shizhen Gao has been a member of the Department of Library Public Services staff since 1999. She worked as a part-time Library Assistant at the Periodicals and the Circulation areas prior to her current job. She is the Senior Interlibrary Loan Assistant, responsible for lending library materials, particularly books, via the OCLC ILLiad system to other libraries in the country.
