The Information Technology Helpdesk serves as a single point of contact for technology support and can be reached in a variety of ways.

Need Help Now?

      Telephone – Call 270-745-7000.

      Chat – Connect live online.

      Self-Help – Search knowledge base for known solutions.

      Service Catalog – Submit a form to request assistance online.

      Manage My WKU Accounts – Lookup account information and reset passwords.

      Remote Assistance – Initiate screen sharing (requires single-use code from IT).

Additional Information

      Operating Hours – View normal and holiday schedules.

      Twitter – Follow @WKUIT for latest information and alerts.

      Systems Status – View outages, downtimes, or issues preventing or impairing access to IT systems.
