WKU IT Chat Support

We recommend using WKU Chat for requests such as:

  • Configuring email settings and Outlook tips
  • Password resets
  • Account requests
  • Subscribing/unsubscribing from mailing lists

Not all requests can be effectively addressed via chat and may result in a ticket creation for the IT Helpdesk team to contact you via phone or remote assistance.

If you are having trouble getting the chat client to run, we recommend calling the IT Helpdesk at 270-745-7000 or using the online service catalog.
