We support you!
Let us serve you as you serve your country.

We are proud to share our educational solutions with our service men and women. Western Kentucky University is a participating Servicemember Opportunity College (SOC). All WKU correspondence courses are approved for servicemembers of the U.S. Armed Forces, Veterans, and other persons eligible under the provisions of the GI Bill. Each student must assume the responsibility for submitting the proper forms to assure payment of appropriate entitlements.

Servicemembers – Servicemembers interested in taking courses should obtain prior approval from their respective Service’s Voluntary Education Program – ARMY or Air Force Education Center, Navy college Office, Marine Lifelong Learning Center or Coast Guard Institute. Please include payment for tuition as listed in the DANTES Catalog, www.dantes.doded.mil, when submitting your registration. The Department of Veterans Affairs will determine tuition reimbursement eligibility.

Students who enroll through GoARMYEd must have their course completed within 1 year. If you prefer to have the full year to complete your course you will need to register through DANTES. Students with questions regarding either enrollment process may contact Bea Cobb at the Ft. Knox Education Center, (502) 942-8381 or by email at bea.cobb@wku.edu.
