About Bemis Lawrence Hall
Bemis Lawrence is a nine story residence hall that was built in 1966 and underwent a significant renovation in 2003. It is named in honor of Bemis Lawrence who was Vice Chairman of the WKU Board of Regents from 1955-1966. Bemis houses 384 women and is located on the south end of campus across from the Health Services Building.
This hall closes during Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring breaks. If you need to stay on campus during those times, please choose a residence hall that offers extending living and list "extended living" as your most important preference on your application.
