WKU offices in Bowling Green will open at 10 a.m. Friday. Classes Friday remain canceled and campuses in Glasgow, Owensboro and Elizabethtown/Ft. Knox remain closed Friday. Saturday classes in Bowling Green will proceed as scheduled. Here is a link to the University’s attendance policy during adverse weather conditions. Use caution and watch for slick spots on roads and walks.

Research & Engaged Activities Scholar Support
for Gatton Alumni


Gatton Academy Alumni who accept these funds agree to present their scholarly activities at either the Kentucky Honors Roundtable or the WKU Student Research Conference and to complete a Capstone Experience/Thesis. 

Funds will be issued at the end of the semester after the student has filed the Product Outcome Report with the Coordinator of Capstone Advising.  The award will provide up to $1500 per semester or $3000 per year. Students who wish to receive summer funding must complete 20 hours per week during the summer to be eligible for the full $3000 award.
