The Mahurin Honors College is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within our student body. This scholarship is open to full-time, undergraduate students in the College who contribute to the diversity of the campus community through race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability/disability status, religion, geographic background, socioeconomic status (i.e. Pell Grant Eligible), family educational background (first-generation status), etc.

Academic scholarships are awarded through the Office of Student Financial Assistance. A wide variety of scholarships are available for first-time freshmen, current students and transfer students.
In addition to the scholarships that are awarded by the University based on academic merit, there are numerous scholarships that are awarded by the College Heights Foundation through private funds established by alumni and friends, academic departments or programs throughout the University, or by community organizations and professional associations.
