Record Keeping
It is the responsibility of the Search and Screen Committee Chair to provide ALL Search and Screen Committee documents to Academic Affairs for Faculty positions and to the Department of Human Resources for all other positions, for retention. Records such as letters of reference, criteria checklist, reference checks and correspondence should be forwarded. It is the responsibility of the Search and Screen Committee Chair to make certain all materials have been forwarded.
