Ginny Hensley, a 1997 Potter College graduate, began her career at WKU as a student worker in University Relations in 1994. As a student under Jeff Younglove, Ginny developed a passion for higher education. Soon after graduation, Ginny was named the Special Events Facilitator for Campus and Community Events, a position she held for three years. In 2000, she became the Assistant Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, coordinating the Phonathon program. In 2002, she began working more closely with alumni chapters and major events, which is where she realized her greatest strengths and interests. In 2005, she became the Associate Director, overseeing Homecoming, the Alumni Chapter Network, and implementing larger programs such as Alumni College. In 2008, Ginny became the Director of Alumni Programs, a position she holds today.
