WKU Cultural Enhancement Series
The WKU Cultural Enhancement Series (CES) provides the campus and community the opportunity to meet some of the nation’s most influential artists and intellectuals. The goal of the series is to challenge our audiences, to expose them to new ideas, and give them new perspectives on our world.

CES Supported Events:
Films will be shown at the Capitol Arts Center, 416 East Main Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101. Admission is free, no tickets necessary.
September 18, 2018- hillbilly; 7:00 p.m. CT at the Capitol Arts Center
October 23, 2018- Road to Race Day; 7:00 p.m. CT at the Capitol Arts Center
November 6, 2018- Quiet Heroes; 7:00 p.m. CT at the Capitol Arts Center
February 12, 2019- The Blood is at the Doorstep; 7:00 p.m. CT at the Capitol Arts Center
- A pre-performance with the group Essence in Harmony will begin at 6:30 p.m. CT, and after the film, Maria Hamilton and her son Nate Hamilton will be the special guests on the panel discussion.
March 19, 2019- Parallel Love: The Story of a Band Called Luxury; 7:00 p.m. CT at the Capitol Arts Center
April 23, 2019- The Pushouts; 7:00 p.m. CT at the Capitol Arts Center
