Academic Regalia
Faculty needing to rent academic regalia must submit their request to the WKU Store. Regalia expert, Charlie Gancio, will be available during the Grad Fair to help facilitate regalia purchase orders. The Grad Fair at Preston Health and Activities Center will be held Wednesday and Thursday, March 27 and 28, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room. The availability of caps, gowns and hoods is not guaranteed after the deadline date. The last day to order is March 29. ORDER FORM
Questions regarding the rental or purchase of regalia should be directed to Marcia Dodson at (270)745-5805 or Linda Harm at (270)745-5797. Please allow 6 weeks for delivery of purchased regalia.
Assembly Information
Faculty should assemble as follows for the ceremonies:
Graduate Ceremony - Friday, May 10
Assemble in the auxiliary gyms no later than 4:30 p.m.
Undergraduate Ceremonies - Saturday, May 11
