How to Get Started with Ultra – Students

This tutorial contains step by step instructions for participating in a Blackboard Collaborate Ultra session in a variety of roles. How you participate in your session may be different from class-to-class or session-to-session.

For a quick overview of Blackboard Collaborate Ultra User Tools, you can view the Blackboard Collaborate with the Ultra Experience User Interface Tour video.

Always use Google Chrome to access Blackboard Collaborate Ultra – if you do not, you may not have many tools available to you and may not be able to participate fully. If you do not currently have Google Chrome, please go to the Google Chrome download website to download and install it.
