How to Get Started with Ultra – Faculty

This tutorial contains step by step instructions for creating, sharing, and participating in a Blackboard Collaborate Ultra session. The tools that you use may differ from session-to-session.

For a quick overview of Blackboard Collaborate Ultra User Tools, you can view the Blackboard Collaborate with the Ultra Experience User Interface Tour video.

Always use Google Chrome to access Blackboard Collaborate Ultra – if you do not, you may not have many tools available to you and may not be able to participate fully. If you do not currently have Google Chrome, please go to the Google Chrome download website to download and install it. If you plan on sharing content in your sessions, be sure to download the Desktop Sharing Chrome Extension.
