General Education Requirements

Every student at WKU must meet the General Education Requirements. This set of requirements is an integral part of the undergraduate curriculum that both complements and supports the student's preparation in their major specific field. Regardless of a major in Accounting, English, Sport Management, etc., students are required to meet general education requirements. There are specific courses that may benefit students and advisors will convey those messages to ensure students are maximizing their experience with general education.
